How long do custom orders take?

Standard custom orders are completed within 10 business days after payment and final design approval. Large, complex, or specialty orders may require additional processing time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

When does my turnaround time begin?

Turnaround time begins once full payment, all required files and information, and final design approval have been received. Delays in submitting artwork, approving proofs, or providing order details may also delay completion.

How do I submit a custom order?

Submit a custom-order request with as much information as possible, including the product or service you need, quantity, size, colors, event date, wording, and any artwork or inspiration you would like us to reference.

When is payment required?

Full payment is required before design or production begins. Your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Can I request changes to my design?

Yes. Custom design orders include up to two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are $25 each.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush service may be available depending on our current production schedule, materials, and the type of project. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Additional rush fees may apply.

Do you fix or edit customer-supplied designs?

No. Customer-supplied artwork must be print-ready. Audoos Creations does not automatically repair, recreate, redesign, or correct customer artwork. If additional design work is required, a separate design fee may apply.

What file quality is required for printing?

Artwork must be high-resolution, print-ready, and preferably 300 DPI at the final print size. All files are reviewed for basic print quality before production. If artwork appears blurry, pixelated, improperly sized, or otherwise unsuitable for printing, the order will be placed on hold until a corrected file is provided. Audoos Creations cannot guarantee final print quality when customer-supplied artwork does not meet recommended file requirements.

Can you create something that isn’t listed on the website?

Absolutely. Audoos Creations offers a variety of custom printing and creative services. If you have an idea that is not currently listed, submit a Custom Order Request with the details of your project so we can determine whether we can create it.

What happens if I notice an error after approving my design?

Changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee and could affect the production timeline.

Do you offer pickup, delivery, or shipping?

Pickup, delivery, and shipping options may vary depending on the product, order size, and destination. Any applicable delivery or shipping charges will be communicated before the order is finalized.

Will I receive a proof before my custom order is produced?

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, spelling, dates, colors, sizing, placement, and other details before approval. Production begins after final approval.

What file formats should I submit?

High-resolution PDF and PNG files are generally preferred. JPG files may also be accepted when they are high resolution. For logos, laser cutting, or certain specialty projects, vector files such as SVG, EPS, or AI may be requested.

Will the printed colors look exactly like the colors on my phone or computer?

Not always. Colors can vary between screens, printers, inks, materials, and production methods. We work to produce accurate, high-quality results, but exact screen-to-print color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Do you accept cancellations or refunds?

Because our products are custom and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Please review your order information carefully before submitting payment.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Minimum quantities vary by product and service. Some custom items can be ordered individually, while other products may have minimum quantity requirements. Contact us for details about the specific item you need.

What artwork is acceptable?

High-resolution, print-ready artwork in an appropriate file format is accepted. Artwork should meet the recommended size and resolution requirements for the selected product.

What information should I include with my custom-order request?

Please include your desired product, size, quantity, colors, wording, event or deadline date, artwork, inspiration photos, and any special instructions. Providing complete information helps us quote and process your order more efficiently.

Can I submit copyrighted artwork, logos, or characters?

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to use any logos, images, characters, trademarks, fonts, or other artwork submitted for production

What if I need help creating the artwork for my order?

If you do not already have print-ready artwork, ask about our custom design options. Design preparation or artwork creation is a separate service and may include an additional fee depending on the complexity of the project.
