ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is required before design or production begins. An order is considered confirmed only after payment and all required information have been received.

TURNAROUND & PRODUCTION

Standard turnaround is approximately 10 business days after payment, required information, and applicable final design approval. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time.

DESIGN REVISIONS & APPROVAL

Each custom design includes up to two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions are $10 each.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all spelling, names, dates, sizing, placement, colors, and other design details before providing final approval. Once a design has been approved, any additional changes may result in additional fees and may affect the production timeline.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK

Artwork must be print-ready, high-resolution, and preferably 300 DPI at the final print size. Audoos Creations does not automatically repair, recreate, or redesign customer files.

COPYRIGHT & ARTWORK RIGHTS

Customers are responsible for having permission to use submitted logos, images, characters, trademarks, fonts, and other protected artwork.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because all products are custom-made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. Once design work or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Please review all order details carefully before submitting payment.

COLOR & PRINT DISCLAIMER

Printed colors may vary from phone/computer displays due to screens, inks, printers, and materials. Exact screen-to-print matching cannot be guaranteed.

PICKUP, DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Pickup, local delivery, and shipping may be available depending on the order and destination. Delivery and shipping may be subject to additional fees, which will be provided before the order is finalized.
